Chai Lertvittayachaikul, a partner in the Corporate and M&A Practice, was recently invited to lead an in-depth session on key aspects of Thai labour law and compliance for Panasonic Thailand and its 13 affiliated companies. The session provided essential updates on Thai labour regulations to over 50 members of the company’s human resources and legal departments, supporting their efforts to strengthen compliance and uphold best practices in managing a workforce of over 10,000 employees.
Drawing on his extensive experience in employment law and regulatory compliance, Chai covered a range of critical topics, including employee rights, workplace safety standards, wage and hour compliance, and recent regulatory changes impacting HR practices in Thailand. The session was further enriched by insights from associates; Kamonrat Kongtheing and Tossavajra Siriratusdorn, who shared valuable perspectives on practical applications and compliance strategies.
