- Representing One Asset Management Limited, trustee of Private Equity Trust for SME Growing Together 1, on several investment transactions in small-medium enterprises (SMEs) and tech startup companies with the collective value of more than THB 250 million (USD 7.2 million).
- Representing AddTech Hub Public Company Limited on its subscription of shares in the financial adviosory company for a total value of THB 95 million (USD 2.7 Million).
- Representing B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited on the acquisition of 49.9% shares in Kopos Co., Ltd., a Korean company operating wind and solar photovoltaic energy projects with a combined capacity of 95.781 megawatts in South Korea, for a total value of approximately THB 116 million (USD 3.3 Million).
