During UNESCO’s General Conference, held in Paris in 1995, UNESCO created the World Book Day on April 23. A global initiative to recognize the influence and importance of books and authors. Each year, individuals, organizations, schools, public bodies, and NGOs, work together to celebrate and promote a love for reading.
On the occasion of World Book Day celebration on 23rd April, our team traveled to Baannokkamin Foundation, a Christian organization that offers assistance to orphans, street children, underprivileged children, the elderly and drug addicts by developing and changing their lives and strengthening them emotionally so that they are ready to face the world in the future and met with representatives of the foundation to donate books both new and used books for supporting their education of children.
This CSR project was led by our firm’s project champions; Chayutpong Pataivanich.
