On the occasion of our annual merit-making ceremony, Kudun and Partners spent the afternoon creating beautiful memories with children with visual impairments at the Bangkok School for the Blind.
Led by project champions, Pimklao Kanchanakom, Thanpitcha Rojanawiboonchai, and Thanyawan Khositapha, associates of Kudun and Partners, interactive activities have been organized to express our support for the children with visual impairments. We recognized that blindness in children may impose certain challenges in their daily activities, however, our members strongly believe that their ability to enjoy childhood should not be limited to their physical challenge. Therefore, we engaged the students in goalball, a physical activity developed for blind players, to entertain them and promote their sensitization. KAP team also played football with the students while wearing blindfolds to guarantee equality in sight.
In addition to the sport games in which we participated, KAP team also sponsored snack boxes, learning materials, and essential goods for the students and staff as a way of expressing our gratitude to the school for taking care of the children. This event is part of our CSR initiatives, and undeniably, it is truly a great opportunity for our members to better understand the experience and lives of the visually impaired children. We understand that our responsibility goes beyond advising clients and it is imperative for us to help the communities to which we belong. We want to inspire not only our colleagues but also our clients and friends to make a difference.
