As one of the leading law firms in Thailand, Kudun and Partners had the privilege of hosting the entourage of law students visiting abroad from the Law Faculty Association J.F.V. Grotius Group of Leiden University in the Netherlands.
One of the highlights of the visit was the opportunity to share insights on the legal system of Thailand and engage in meaningful conversations with our legal practitioners and business professionals. Pariyapol Kamolsilp, Partner and Co-Head of the Dispute Resolution, Litigation, and Arbitration practice, along with Emi Rowse (Igusa), Partner and Head of Japan practice, Ben Cheok, Chief Operating Officer, and Yanin Sirilak, Senior Associate, generously took their time to share their extensive knowledge with the students. The session covered various aspects, ranging from Thailand’s legal system and judiciary to arbitration in Thailand, as well as providing an overview of Kudun and Partners’ comprehensive and modern full-service law firm and how it differentiates itself from other law firms.
We were greatly impressed by the students’ remarkable enthusiasm, inquisitiveness, and sincere interest in gaining insights into legal practices in Thailand. We believe that the students gained valuable insights into the world of international law practice. It was a pleasure for us to impart our knowledge and experiences, while also cultivating relationships with the next generation of legal professionals. We look forward to continue supporting their professional development and make meaningful contribution to the future of the legal profession.
