Meet

Teerachai is an associate with Kudun and Partners. He is a corporate lawyer with a particular focus on digital law practice. He has assisted both domestic and international clients across multiple areas of law including corporate and commercial, fintech and digital asset law, and dispute resolution.

Assisted a large multinational online payment gateway company with a presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong, and Thailand on licensing requirements for various types of payment services in Thailand with the Bank of Thailand.

Drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts and legal documents

Drafting and reviewing various documents for blockchain-based clients, which include the AML/CTPF policy, whitepaper and litepaper, terms and conditions, and website’s cookies policy and privacy policy. Conducting the onboarding KYC process and reviewing the ICO prospectus of the issuer’s project.

Assisted in the business rehabilitation process of a well-known real estate development company group based in Pattaya.

Advising and assisting companies on BOI promotion applications in different categories.
