On March 2, 2024, Mayuree Sapsutthiporn, Partner and Head of the China Practice at Kudun and Partners, was invited to speak at the Thailand Intelligent Electronic Circuits Conference on the topic of Thai Labour Law Regulations and Salary Management, which was a component of a three-day event organised by the Taiwan Printed Circuit Association (TPCA).
The conference provided comprehensive coverage of inbound investment strategies from Taiwanese companies seeking to establish printed circuit board (PCB) factories in Thailand. The primary objective was to assist companies in identifying local talent and fostering collaborative efforts within the industry. Together with Mayuree, Meng-Ying Lee, an associate of the China Practice, provided insights into the intersection of labour laws and business operations in Thailand.
