Kudun and Partners represented Polynet Public Company Limited (POLY), a full-service manufacturer and distributor of industrial rubber, plastic, and silicone products, as a lead counsel on the IPO transaction. The company has completed the first day of trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand with an IPO price of THB 6.80 per newly issued share and a market capitalization of THB 3.06 billion.
The transaction was led by Kudun Sukhumananda, partner and co-head of Capital Markets Practice together with Thitawan Thanasombatpaisarn, senior associate, and assisted by an associate, Viparat Timpratuang.
