Kudun and Partners has represented POP MART International Group Limited—a world-renowned HKEX-listed Chinese company specialising in the designer toy and collectibles industry—in the establishment of a joint venture with affiliates of Minor International Public Company Limited—one of the largest hospitality and lifestyle companies with a diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts, and food service establishments—in its process of entering the Thai market as part of its progressive international expansion, following its fruitful endeavours in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
Since 2018, POP MART has been actively extending its international footprint, with a particular emphasis on Southeast Asia. The collaborative venture in Thailand marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion.
