In collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, Kudun and Partners recently concluded the ‘Skill Development for Future Lawyers’ program where Kudun and Partners, together with other leading global and local law firms in Thailand were invited to provide knowledge on the essential skills for the legal practice.
Peerasanti Somritutai and Ekachai Chotpitayasunon, our firm’s partners, , along with senior associates Supatra Kerinsaguna, Chanattorn Thunyaluck, Peerapong Pornpipatkul, Ploy Maneepaksin, Yanin Sirilak and Nattawut Cherdhirunkorn as well as our associates Chavisa Jinanarong, Rujisaya Bubpaprohm, Supajit Koosittiphon and Thanchon Phetroocheang, shared knowledge and experience on various key areas including introduction to legal practices, M&A structure, legal due diligence, contract structure, introduction to capital markets and laws related to startup.
Through interactive presentations, students gained practical insights into applying legal principles in real-world scenarios, engaging in dynamic discussions and case studies.
The program concluded with a visit to our firm’s office at the new Vivre Langsuan Building. Here, students had the opportunity to interact with junior, mid-level, and senior associates, as well as partners, gaining valuable insights into the challenges and rewards of a legal career. This hands-on approach is expected to foster a deeper understanding of the legal profession among aspiring lawyers.
