Mayuree Sapsutthiporn, partner and head of the firm’s China practice, alongside Meng-Ying Lee, associate, recently attended the ALB Shanghai In-House Legal Summit 2024.
Representing Thailand, Mayuree had the honor of speaking on the topic, “Thriving Together: Empowering Chinese Investors in Thailand’s Dynamic Market.” Her presentation delved into the latest trends of Chinese investment in Thailand, offering an in-depth analysis of the investment and business environment in the country. She highlighted key laws and regulations, essential legal risks, and effective countermeasures for investing in Thailand. Her insights were designed to arm investors with the essential knowledge to not just navigate but excel in Thailand’s vibrant and rapidly changing market. The summit was well attended with over 200 senior corporate counsels and business leaders in China who has interest to invest in Thailand.
In addition to her participation in the summit, Mayuree took this opportunity to visit Chinese law firms and clients in Shanghai.
