Jamorn is an associate in the firm’s dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration practice. He is highly regarded for navigating complex civil and commercial disputes, particularly disputes involving matters related to real estate and property, financial transactions, bankruptcy, business rehabilitation, and debt recovery. Jamorn also provides a wide range of legal services encompassing all stages of litigation. His client roster includes multiple international operators in the retail and real estate industries, where he has handled disputes related to product liability, consumer claims, white-collar crime, directors’ liability, labour and employment, and other commercially sensitive matters.

    • Representing a financial technology operation in a THB 90 million contractual dispute involving a breach of a service agreement, resulting in a successful in-court settlement.
    • Representing a Thai cryptocurrency exchange in legal proceedings to reclaim digital tokens and digital assets on a blockchain network.
    • Representing a Hong Kong real estate company and successfully negotiated resolution to a THB 100 million dispute over damage caused by a construction delay, finally securing full payment to our client from the defendant.
    • Representing a Thai luxury land developer in civil court, successfully arranging settlement of a deposit and retention claim dispute.
    • Successfully negotiated settlement of a dispute valued at over THB 130 million (approx. USD 3.98 million) for a leading Thai real estate company regarding damage caused during a renovation of a unit.
    • Successfully defended a well-known Japanese automobile manufacturer against various labor claims brought by their employees.
    • Representing an international optics company in claims against a former employee who was involved in a complex fraud scheme worth approximately USD 200 million.
    • Drafting a petition to the Thai Customs Department against a criminal case related to the importation of catering items, and successfully handled negotiations resulting in the client avoiding imprisonment and only being required to pay a nominal fee.
    • Prosecuting and defending various complex civil and criminal actions related to breach of contract, wrongful acts, undue enrichment, fraud, and attempted fraud.
