Pariyapol Kamolsilp, Partner and Co-head of Dispute Resolution, Litigation and Arbitration Practice was invited to speak at the SIAC-THAC webinar: Is there a Right to a Physical Hearing in International Arbitration? He spoke on the advantages and disadvantages of virtual hearing and what is to become for international arbitration.
