About the Role

- Mid-level Thai-qualified corporate lawyers with 3 – 4 years of experience in Corporate and M&A practice
- Thai-qualified lawyers with Chinese speaking capabilities.
You will be expected to support the Corporate and M&A team on various corporate transactions. Core Responsibilities:
– Assist clients with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, inbound and outbound investments, financing, real estate and other strategic transactions on all stages, from performing due diligence, drafting and negotiating term sheets and definitive transaction documentation, to supporting closing transactions and post-closing integration.
– Draft, review and revise all kinds of commercial contracts or legal documentation.
– Provide legal advice and opinion in relation to corporate and commercial matters.
– Maintain a good rapport with clients through effective and consistent communication and proper explanations to clients.
– Conduct legal research on new laws and regulations and prepare legal alerts to be distributed to clients.
– Contribute to the firm values and culture through participation in CSR, pro-bono and social activities.
– Handle all other tasks assigned by the partner in charge.
Requirements
– Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree with exceptional results or a Master of Laws.
– Strong analytical, drafting, communicating and research skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and possess a client-centric attitude.
– Able to work independently if required, and learn quickly and adapt to different roles in a growing team.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
– Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
