Kudun and Partners successfully represented Jiangxi Water and Hydropower Construction (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary company of Jiangxi Provincial Water Resources Bureau – a Chinese state-owned enterprise, to recover approximately THB 150 million as well as interest at the First Court of Instance. The matter surrounded an EPC dispute that involved the government’s water supply project in Suratthani Province.
