- Advising a selection of clients on foreign investment and corporate registration in Thailand including drafting relevant agreements and instruments such as joint venture agreement, non-disclosure agreement, investment agreement etc.
- Preparing and reviewing applications for multiple companies in connection with company incorporation and amendment registration, capital increase, capital decrease, company dissolution and liquidation including Representative office, US Treaty of Amity company, Foreign Business License (FBL) and Foreign Business Certificate (FBC).
